Davis started Kodi Labs because too many smart teams are stuck working around the very tools that are supposed to help them move. The alternative should not be a bloated programme, a 70-slide deck, or a risky multi-year rebuild.
He is most at home in the middle of a useful problem: asking the awkward question, finding the part that matters, and turning a fuzzy ambition into a product or system people can actually use.
Davis stays hands-on from the first conversation to the moment the work is live. You are not passed from a sales team to a delivery team; you work with the person helping shape the answer.
