Intelligence creates durable value when it shortens a real decision cycle: underwriting, exception handling, planning, support, fulfillment. Detached pilots rarely survive contact with production.

We start with the decision inventory. Which judgments are slow, inconsistent, or bottlenecked by scarce expertise? Which can be assisted, automated, or simply better instrumented?

Then we design for accountability: explanations where they matter, human override as a first-class path, and feedback loops so outcomes improve the next decision. The model is a component. The system is the product.
